MORE SECURITY PROBLEMS AT EBAY! BE CAREFUL!!!!!
The vulnerability was noteworthy because it led users to eBay's official login page first, unlike most phishing attacks, which direct victims to a spoofed URL. Once a user entered a valid user name and password on the eBay site, however, the exploit redirected the person to a third-party site of an attacker's choosing.

Gizmodo has declared March the month to boycott the RIAA. Read the story and see how you can help. "We want to get the word out to as many people as humanly possible that we can all send a message by refusing to buy any album put out by an RIAA label."

PayPal is a horrible company and is full of problems. Beware!!!
* Lax security, despite their claims as a secure method of making online transactions * A long and confusing Terms of Service Agreement that tricks users into giving up both their right to sue the company and their protections under credit card laws * Rude customer service representatives * Poor hiring practices that have led to a n

Carlos' (Ned's) response to Joe Rogan
I got an email from Ned after I complained about him on his website. This is what he responded with:
I wanted write back to you because you showed a genuine concern in what's
happened and because you're not showing a bias towards one specific person.
First of all, the "incident" that took place at the comedy club was longer
than 10 minutes. It took Rogan three days to edit the video down to 10
minutes and release it on the internet. And even in his video, he adds
graphics to it, which adds time to the 10 minute video. They don't show me
responding to his comments. So basically, what he shows is just a slice of
what really happened.
One of the things he "attacks" me with is a joke that his friend says I
stole from him (yes, those comics in the video are all his friends) about
building a fence across the border.
That topic, about the fence, has been in the news for a long while.
Everyone has a joke like that...even George Lopez performed it on Comic
Relief a couple of months ago, which is available to see on You Tube, here's
the link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b23nmvgq0TA
That was what I was saying at the club. George Lopez, Paul Rodriguez;
they're all doing jokes about the same fence. Does that mean that they
stole the joke from this guy? No. It means it's an EASY joke to write.
Rogan has gone after several comics, claiming the same thing with them that
he's claimed with me, the only thing is; I'm one of the more recognizable
ones. I say, if there is proof that I stole a joke that I do, then show
it...but don't show a joke that is so easy any other comic can do it (AKA
airline food, women are bitches, dick jokes, drinking, smoking weed).
And I quickly just wanted to make mention of the fact that Rogan says I'm
not Mexican and that my name is Ned. I have never hidden the fact that I'm
from Honduras. I'm proud of it. The problem though, is that there are a
lot of people out there that think that when people say they're Latino, they
HAVE to be from Mexico. Not true. It's stupid to think that people from
Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, etc. are not Latino. And yes, my name is
Ned. Everyone close to me calls me Ned. Fans that know my name is Ned, call
me Ned. Here is a link to my bio on my website, that has been up for years,
that states my origins:
http://carlosmencia.com/content/bio.php
The name Carlos was given to me by the owner of the Comedy Store. She
thought that I didn't sound like a "NED", which was probably due to the fact
that I grew up in East LA. She is the one that gave me the stage name
"Carlos". But that's what it is-a stage name. Just like many other people
have stage names. Larry the Cable Guy? That's not his real name and he
doesn't really install cable.
People have a choice to think what the want. If you've ever seen me on
stage, you know that I'm all about speaking your mind, regardless of what
the opinion is; it's your right. I just wanted to make sure that you knew
what my perspective was, considering that my fans are important to me.
Without you, I wouldn't be where I am.
-Ned
By the way, season three, of Mind of Mencia, starts next month on Comedy
Central.
